New at AVIVA the Wizard Wall™ portable whitewall. Wizard Wall™ whiteboard is a portable kit that allows you to set up an instant repositionable whiteboard. Each kit contains a roll of cling film that easily cuts sheets into custom lengths. Sheets cling to any indoor surface without the need for adhesives and are used with both dry erase and permanent makers. Wizard Wall clings are easily repositioned, allowing you to move your work from one wall to another.

Easels
AVIVA carries 6' tripod easels and A-frame easels with magnetic backboards, both from Da-Lite. A-Frame easels can also serve as a flip chart. Easels are subject to availability so please call as far ahead in advance of your event as possible.
Pipe and Drape
AVIVA carries black, velour pipe and drape priced by the linear foot. Pipe supports heights up to 20'.
AV carts and stands
AV carts come in heights of 34" and 54" and can be adorned with black skirt. Perfect for monitors, projectors and laptops.
Flip Charts
Smart graphite look for hotels, conference centers and meeting rooms. Built-in accessory compartment. Spring loaded flipchart pad holder. Subject to availability so please call as far ahead in advance of your event as possible.
Lecterns
AVIVA carries standard 32" wide lecterns along with a pedestal lectern, an acrylic lectern and table top lecterns.
Polycoms
AVIVA carries several models of Polycoms including the VoiceStation 300, ideal for small conferences with three to four participants. All models subject to availability.
Dry Erase Boards
Reversible and mobile AVIVA's white boards come on a base with wheels for easy movement from room to room. 72" X 48". White boards are subject to availability, so please call as far ahead in advance of your event as possible.
Speaker timers
An automated timer that alerts speakers with a remote-controlled signal light or large digital clock displays.
