AVIVA Rental Systems will deliver and setup the rented equipment for any event. We will have everything set and tested well before your event is scheduled to begin. Our staff is familiar with conference centers and hotels and how they operate. We will accommodate any reasonable request for setup and delivery for any of your functions.
AVIVA Rentals carries a wide array of presentation, photo editing, document publishing, and web-based programs for your convenience. Always let AVIVA's staff know if you have specific software requirements. AVIVA Rental Systems will also preload your software onto our PCs or laptops. AVIVA Rentals does require the programs in our possession one (1) week before your event for extensive projects. Our clients may load any software on rented computer required to run, enhance, create or facilitate their meetings. After the event, AVIVA Rentals removes any software, programs, or files loaded on AVIVA's computers.
